Which one of these limits are you putting on yourself?Aug 10, 2021
As humans, we sometimes tend to take a pessimistic view of situations and circumstances.
That view often comes with a reason why something happened (or didn’t happen). A reason that is often a limiting factor we put on ourselves.
For example: “I didn’t have enough time. I didn’t have enough money. I didn’t have enough help. I didn’t have enough gas.”
“Never limit your vision for you or your family’s future based on your current circumstances or competencies.”
I came across this quote from Brendon Brouchard, #1 New York Times best-selling author and the world's leading high-performance coach.
A lot of times we look at the possibilities of things happening in the future based on what is happening now.
When, in reality, we could be one call, one text, one tweet, one Instagram post, one DM, away from something that can change our lives for the better forever.
Music creators: We can be one beat, one song, one track, one sync placement, one artist away from the thing that changes our lives forever.
Even if we make it more of an internal thing: We can be one course, one book, one idea, one thought, one concept, one certification away from that thing that improves our lives forever.
So let’s not limit the vision we have for ourselves or our family’s future based on our current circumstances.
Have a great week everyone!
